David is a Senior Consultant to the Security Support Association (SSA), an umbrella federation of over two thousand leading Japanese economic, commercial and political organisations, and has given a number of presentations to the SSA on international security, global terrorism and regional security management, the first non-Japanese to address the organisation without a translator.
